I don't normally give any establishment a 10 for anything, but Butchers Grill deserves a top rating. I had the rib eye and quite frankly it was the best steak I've had in a very long time. My partner had the seafood platter for one and he gave that top marks. The staff were attentive without being annoying and they knew their stuff. The ambience was just great. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend it to any carnivores out there. - Nella (Dined at Butchers Grill CBD)

The Italian Rugby Union team took their active appetites to BlueFire recently. With comments such as "the best" and "perfect" used to describe their dining experience, no doubt they enjoyed the range of flame grilled meat and seafood BlueFire has on offer.

Chef Greg Spence has created a new Rivers Restaurant Cruises dinner menu for the cooler winter months.New dishes include a hearty "Split pea soup with double smoked ham, caramelised onion, lentils & roasted garlic". For a main try the unique take on the old parmiagana - the Rivers "Chicken parmigiana is topped with eggplant, capsicum and pumpkin served with wilted spinach & green peas".
